Fort Knox Five - SHIFT (featuring Afrika Bambaataa & Mustafa Akbar)

Fort Knox Five is a Washington, D.C.-based recording artist consisting of Steve Raskin, Jon Horvath, Rob Myers, and Sid Barcelona. They have released their music on their own independent label Fort Knox Recordings. Their music style mixes elements of Funk, Reggae, Hiphop and Electronica.

Something FuNkY . Fort Knox Five are going bigtime now, and good on them. Relentless trademark rhythms and the funky-dialogue flow make this destined to be a bit of a hit. I'm gonna jam the track @ next gig, 30th this month.

Sublime was an American reggae fusion band from Long Beach, California, formed in 1988. The band's line-up, unchanged until their breakup, consisted of Bradley Nowell (vocals and guitar), Bud Gaugh (drums and percussion), and Eric Wilson (bass guitar).

Michael "Miguel" Happoldt also contributed on a few Sublime songs, such as "New Thrash." Lou Dog, Nowell's dalmatian, was the mascot of the band. The originals still a classic, but this mix has sorta got a bit more. Check it out.Nowell died of a heroin overdose in 1996 and Sublime immediately split up.

Here's a cool mix I found on Youtube
